Le Westin Tremblant

Wow is all I can say! It was my first time back at the hotel in over 15 years and the property is better then ever. They’re undergoing a full renovation but most of the hotel is already completely transformed. The King suite we had for our three night stay was truly a home away from home. Can’t wait to come back next year to enjoy the Magic of Mont Tremblant all over again.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Westin! From the moment we pulled up, the service was outstanding. Naej (apologies if that’s not the exact spelling) helped unload our car, gave us a thoughtful tour of our room, and shared great recommendations. He was a joy to chat with—friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. We headed to the outdoor pool every evening, and Martin the lifeguard was an absolute pleasure! He made the experience magical for the kids by tossing gems into the pool for them to hunt, hiding little trinkets, and made searching for them into fun games. My children already love outdoor pools at ski resorts, but Martin elevated it to a whole new level—they couldn’t get enough! The location is unbeatable. You can grab your skis, step out the back door, and be on the lifts in under a two minute walk. The mountain itself is stunning, and the pedestrian village is charming, with plenty of restaurants, cute shops, and options all within easy walking distance. Most nights, we enjoyed drinks at the Le Westin bar or right from the hot tub. The hot tub even has a handy button to request service! Elaine was our server on several evenings, and she was a delight. She handled both the indoor bar and hot tub service with constant back-and-forth, yet she never lost her smile and crafted excellent drinks every time. We can’t wait to return to Le Westin Tremblant and Mont-Tremblant.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the view from the 6th floor was beautiful, and the room was spacious with new furniture. The entrance lobby was well designed and nicely furnished, creating a strong first impression. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were definite highlights of our stay. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful throughout. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The toilet flush was not working properly, and when we arrived, there was toilet paper left in the toilet along with some dirt residue, which made it feel not fully cleaned. The quality of the toilet paper provided was also poor. The hair dryer in the room was broken. Additionally, one of the two elevators was out of service, causing long waiting times. We also noticed that one sanitizer dispenser was broken and the other had run out of gel. The bar on the main floor had limited options and lacked variety. Parking cost almost $47 per night, which felt excessive. Another issue was the temperature control. Our room was quite cold, and it seemed the heating system was not working efficiently, while our friends’ room on the 2nd floor was extremely hot. The inconsistency in temperature made the stay less comfortable. Overall, considering the price, the hotel felt expensive compared to the quality and service provided. The number of maintenance, cleanliness, and operational issues made it seem like the property may be suffering from poor management. While there are some strong points, there is definitely significant room for improvement.
