The location is great (if you can find it) - we booked via Charles Hope, but nowhere was there signage saying "Charles Hope" - the apartment was actually in the New York Square building. After walking around for ages carrying heavy bags in the heat, we finally managed to find the place but were unable to get in. No one was at reception and we had to phone and ask for someone to come. We sat in reception and it took a while for someone from the building to come, but it wasn't clear which block, as we'd only been given a room number, and Charles Hope had told us "block 3" but blocks had names not numbers. When we eventually found our rooms and got into them, there was no running water, and a lack of loo roll in the bathroom (great after a long journey, walking ages to find a poorly signed place, and waiting for someone to let you in). The phone reception was really bad, so when we phoned for help, we could barely hear. Eventually we received a link to a video with instructions to turn on the water. It was over an hour before we got in the apartment and had running water! Later on, when taking a shower, we discovered that the water was scalding hot (like you could get burnt by it), even when turned to the coldest setting. We didn't get any help on this issue. We also contacted both the general customer service and care team contacts regarding the issues we faced, and though assured we'd hear from them within 3 working days, it's been a couple of weeks since our visit, and we've had no response let alone any refund or compensation. It's a great shame, because the location is actually great, and the apartment was also really comfortable and convenient, but the stress and inconvenience we experienced was just unacceptable. Probably won't be returning or recommending this to anyone unless the issues I've mentioned are improved, and Charles Hope work on their customer service. I'm seriously, seriously disappointed - I usually leave very positive reviews, so this is a very rare thing for me.
