The hotel is not just clean, but well appointed, tasteful, and beautiful. But the best part, by far, are the people. When we checked in, which was later in the evening, Paula was at the front desk and was so pleasant and welcoming, we later remarked what a positive difference a single person can make. What we did not expect, was for every single person we met there to have the same wonderful disposition! The next morning, Alegria shared some of her special hot chocolate and even found a charger for my dead iPhone and charged it for me. But really, every one of the staff greeted us with a warm and genuine smile that made us feel more than just welcome, but that they were actually happy to have us stay there. By far, this has been my best hotel experience in the Iberian Peninsula. When we return to the beauty city of Seville, we will stay no where else but the Legado Alcázar.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and very attentive to Valentine's Day. Very well located in the center of Seville, with public parking nearby. Great breakfast. Close to monuments, restaurants, etc.

A very nice hotel, located 5 minutes from the cathedral. The staff is charming and attentive. We had the suite, which was magnificent and overlooked the peaceful Alcazar gardens. We highly recommend it.
