Good hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and a very central location. Luggage storage is available, which was convenient, and pretty much every convenience you could need is right nearby — from a 7-Eleven to Michelin-recommended restaurants just across the street. The hotel is located on the main party street of the island, so it’s important to know what you’re booking. At night, the street turns into a huge party with clubs, bars, and strip clubs, and it can get very lively. During certain hours, you can’t even park outside the hotel because of how busy it gets. If you prefer some quiet, definitely ask for a room facing the back — that makes a big difference. But if you’re coming specifically to enjoy the nightlife, this location is honestly perfect. Overall, a great option depending on what kind of trip you’re planning: ideal for party-goers, less so if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel description mentions that there can be noise, but I was given a room facing directly toward the bars area. The music was extremely loud — I slept with earplugs and it still didn’t help. For five consecutive days, I barely slept, which led to complete exhaustion. Within the first ten minutes of arriving, I already realized I had made a mistake booking this hotel. I did expect some level of noise, but not to the point where it was completely impossible to sleep. And I’m someone who usually manages to fall asleep in almost any situation. As an architect, I truly believe there are many design solutions that could help reduce the noise. Unfortunately, no such solutions were implemented. My room was located next to a balcony, which only made things worse, as the music surrounded the room from all directions. I spoke with the reception, and they offered me another room, but it was not at the same level or quality as the room I had originally booked. Cancellation was not an option. On a positive note, the location itself is good for what Chaweng offers, and the rooms are air-conditioned with a generally comfortable size. I would strongly recommend the hotel to make serious adjustments, especially considering how noisy the location is. The service was good and the staff were kind. Sadly, I didn’t get what I needed from this stay, and I will not be returning. I wish them the best of luck.

The only positive are the girls from the reception they are really friendly. Music from outside is so loud in the hotelroom it goes on till 5 or 6 in the morning. your room vibrates from the music.
