We booked a room at the Leonardo City Center Hotel. After a long search for on-site parking and driving around the property several times, we managed to find a space. Then, with our heavy bags, we walked several hundred meters to the hotel, only to be told the hotel had canceled our reservation and we had to go to another hotel. Unfortunately, no one called in advance to prevent us from arriving in vain. We had to return with our bags to the car to drive to another hotel, spend another long time searching for parking, driving around the property several times, and carrying our bags another several hundred meters, and we were very pressed for time. First of all, we paid a hefty sum for a stay in a 4-star hotel and a comfortable, SPACIOUS room that was supposed to look like the one in the attached photo. Instead, we received a stay in a lower-class 3-star hotel with a room the size of a bathroom in most houses. The room was so tiny that two people couldn't pass each other. One person had to sit on the bed for the other to pass, and watching TV from the bed would have been a pain in the ass. The heating didn't work in room 101 (please check; the airflow is minimal and it's cold, even on the highest setting), and the draft from the leaky windows was so intense that we had to block the window with pillows. Having paid almost a thousand złoty for a single night on New Year's Eve, a time when everyone wants to have a good time, I didn't expect the inconveniences we experienced, including sleeping in sweatshirts to avoid freezing.
