The hotel itself is intimate. When we arrived it took us a while to figure out where the hotel was (it turns out you have to go down the stairs) but as soon as we arrived the receptionist immediately offered us champagne and chocolate. The rooms are stunning but in the morning we had the noise of renovations from outside. The breakfast is perfect and well-prepared. In general, the service and kindness of all the hotel employees was exceptional. Great hotel

We came to celebrate my partner's winter birthday. In recent days, I considered canceling the reservation due to the weather and the winds by the sea and also because there are several harsh comments here in the reviews, which reduce the desire to visit the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is located across from Gordon's Pool. At breakfast, you can see Gordon's Pool and the waves crashing into the sea. The breakfast is very rich. Simply excellent!!! We also liked the photo gallery on the way to breakfast. My husband also enjoyed the gym. We received a deluxe room with a view of the Herods Hotel and the sea, as I requested. Many thanks to the calm and polite Daniel for fulfilling my request. The service (all areas) of the staff is excellent! The entrance to the hotel from the sea is closed due to the weather. The road to the second entrance is less nice, because the entire area of the hotel is waiting to be renovated. Don't panic, because in the end the experience is good! We will come again. Highly recommend!

Wow.... From the pink rhinoceros at the entrance lit by hundreds of small pink lamps, through the sofas and wallpaper taken directly from a French brothel in the seventies, the purple and pink paint that was spilled on every good (or bad) part of this crazy hotel, to the neglected and horrible rooms, everything was simply disgusting! The hotel is extremely neglected, the clerk at the desk almost fell asleep, the only door that leads out to the sea view is locked because of the winds (supposedly), everything is broken and ruined and dirty... Luckily the housekeeping staff is welcoming and has a high service awareness because everything else is a 0!!! Every positive review written here is a planted review by the management of the place!!!
