This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but the reality is nowhere close. First of all, the entire hotel feels old and outdated, like it’s stuck in the last century. The room was extremely uncomfortable: the mattress was completely sunken with no support, the pillows were very cheap, and the bedding was not pleasant at all. The bathroom design is absurd. There is a glass shelf right above the toilet, which makes it very easy to hit your head. The hair dryer had extremely weak airflow, and the sink tap barely worked — it took almost 30 seconds just to fill a small cup of water. Although there are no-smoking signs on every door, the hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and even the bath towels had a smoke smell. The capsule coffee machine in the room was broken. In the lobby, the food & beverage bar looks like it offers coffee and drinks, but in reality all the coffee pots were empty. Before checking in, we called the front desk to ask whether the hotel had a SPA, since the website clearly says it does. The staff confirmed that the SPA was available. However, once we arrived, we found that the entire pool and SPA area had already been shut down. When we questioned this at the front desk, they even claimed they did not recognize the phone number we found on Google Maps. Total chaos and zero accountability. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone — unless you want a stay that feels like being in a low-budget horror movie.

Nothing else to say positive. Everything in the room points to poor maintenance. Stains on the carpet, a loose shower handle, a faucet that can't even provide a regular stream, paint peeling off the door. The pillows in the bedroom were incredibly bad. My boyfriend and I both woke up with neck pain. The TV only shows German and you can't find Netflix, for example. The hotel staff only spoke to us in German. You have to pay 13 euros per night to park your car. After all, the people in our hallway were chatting until the middle of the night without any control. We definitely wouldn't come back here again!!
