The two ladies at reception on Sunday and Monday were unfortunately not very friendly, and I didn't feel comfortable. The others I've had there so far were all incredibly nice, and I felt very welcome—thank you for that! There was mold in the silicone sealant in the shower. The TV is internet-enabled, but due to internal settings, it's not possible to use YouTube, Netflix, etc.

The rooms haven't been heated for years, only the reception and breakfast room; unfortunately, the rooms themselves are not!

As a delivery driver for a restaurant, I was completely ignored at the hotel! How was I, as an outsider, supposed to know that I needed a card for the elevator when I didn't work there and no one spoke to me? So I had to walk up eight flights of stairs! Perhaps the hotel should make it its New Year's resolution to at least maintain a basic level of basic human decency.
