Hotel to absolutely avoid. I booked a room the day before at this 3-star hotel, specifying that I would arrive the next day around 11:30 am to drop off my luggage. This was confirmed by a reply message. Arriving at the hotel at 11:40 am, it was closed. I called a phone number posted on the door. Someone answered, and I waited 10 minutes in front of the closed hotel door. Someone came to open it, and I learned that reception was only open from 1 or 2 pm to 8 pm. Outside of reception hours, guests have an access card to enter the deserted hotel. What happens if you arrive after 8 pm? It should also be noted that in the evening, I couldn't watch a live rugby match on TV because the broadcast was terrible. The images were constantly overlapping and skipping. Was there an internal network problem? At 9:05 a.m. on the day of departure, the chambermaid knocked on my door to tell me that breakfast service ended at 9:30 a.m. I hadn't been informed of this beforehand. I quickly went outside, just enough time to get ready, only to immediately run into the person in charge of breakfast (she was waiting next to my room), who reiterated that breakfast service ended at 9:30 a.m. For the quality of the breakfast, see my review further down. A little after 10:30/10:40 a.m., the chambermaid knocked on the door to tell my partner that she had to vacate the room and that we were the last guests. My partner therefore left the hotel at 11:00 a.m. The mandatory notice posted on the room door clearly stated that the room must be vacated by 11:30 a.m., as I had read in the advertisement. My conclusion is this: this hotel is not at the service of the customer, but the customer must be at the service of this hotel.
