We stayed here before an early flight from Gatwick. Check in was poor with some confusion over my address. I'm a Bonvoy member and never had a problem anywhere else. Room was fine and we checked out early the next morning.

Visited the hotel as a friend was staying there. Ate at the restaurant. Took over two hours for food to come. A dozen diners in total in the restaurant. 2 chefs. 4 serving staff. When food finally arrived…mainly tasteless dishes. Service was dismal. Never coming back. Didn’t know places like this existed still. Great to have a place I can use in the future to say “ate least we’re not at the Marriott Lingfield”. Silver linings.
