The bed was fairly firm but comfortable and clean. The room was warm, but the thermostat couldn't be adjusted. The bathroom radiator was off, despite my request to turn it on, so I had to leave the door open to let the heat in. The bathroom was clean, but the shower was covered in limescale. The first day, I had no hot water! I had to shower with cold water in winter! They didn't change my room, nor did they fix the problem until the middle of the next day. I received no discount or any offer to "make up" for the poor service. Terrible! ... a 4-star hotel for €130 a night... Breakfast was basic, nothing special, from 6:30 to 9:30 (on weekends, I would have expected it to last at least 10:00), but if you arrive after 8:30, you'll find little to nothing. The waiters (almost all of them) seemed annoyed, lacked empathy, and by 9:25, they'd already start clearing away the dishes and emptying everything, making a huge mess. Positive notes: large, free, uncovered private parking lot and a small on-site restaurant.

I contacted the property by phone to report a mistake I had made regarding a reservation. A female voice answered, rather rudely telling me I was in a hurry and asking me to write an email, but without providing any telephone assistance. In the meantime, I managed to cancel the reservation myself and called back to inform the property and proceed with a new reservation. Unfortunately, the same person answered, and her attitude remained so arrogant and rude that I decided to cancel and choose another property. I believe this is unprofessional customer service, and I hope appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

Excellent business hotel, but pay attention to details (and "out of order" services). The experience was a mix of excellent features and rather annoying shortcomings. Strengths: The property is modern, tidy, and has ample free parking, ideal for those traveling by car. The rooms are very quiet, ensuring excellent soundproofing. The food is undoubtedly top-notch: a generous breakfast buffet and an excellent in-house restaurant. Cons: Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several technical issues. The heating didn't always seem to work properly, requiring the reception to be contacted to unblock it. The mattress was extremely firm, not suitable for those seeking a more comfortable setting. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the carpet, and especially the shower stall, was decidedly questionable. Wellness: A negative note for the sauna. It's advertised as one of the hotel's highlights after a stressful day at work, but it can't be used due to its "under maintenance." However, speaking with other guests, it seems this situation has been going on for several weeks; The suspicion is that it's an excuse to reduce energy consumption rather than a real technical fault. In summary: Excellent for eating and parking, but the maintenance of the facilities and transparency regarding wellness services leave much to be desired.
