Excellent location, clean, and well-equipped. Check-in was easy despite being done via a machine. Highly recommended.

Worst hotel!! The entrance number wasn't even sent via email, so I had to wait for someone else to check in. The kiosk was broken, and every time I tried to check in via QR code, it would load infinitely and reset. The intercom I tried to call for help didn't answer the first time, but after I did, they told me to try again and unilaterally ended the call. After barely checking in, I tried again to get my room number and password. After checking the room, they asked for the door password, but I was hung up again. I was already furious, but the worst part was when, after another attempt, they quickly asked for the door password, then mockingly said, "I told you so." I'll never forget that tone. I gave up trying to contact them and ended the conversation by asking other guests. The room was in a creaky condition, the noise from the upper floors was audible, and there were food stains on the sofa bed. I couldn't adjust to the time difference, and I spent the entire night regretting staying at such a hotel. One thing that was comforting was that the hotel guests didn't ignore us as we wandered around, but instead helped us when we needed help. Thank you for asking me if I was okay, and it warmed my heart even in an awkward situation. I would like to take this opportunity to thank those people. The hotel may be the worst, but the guests were very kind and generous.

Apartment is spacious and all the amenities are great. Closed to central Lisbon. Many shops and restaurants just walking distance. The only things need to be aware is you could hear the footsteps from the above accommodation. The shower is great and pressure is strong. There is only one split system air conditioner in the living area but we were OK with the night temperatures during our stay in December. The building has a elevator and the self check-in system is pretty easy.
