The hotel is very nice. Functional and comfortable. It's about 40 minutes from the airport. The food is generally good, with a wide variety on the menu. They don't have any spicy sauces, though. The drinks at the bars are average, depending on the bartender. The spa is average compared to the Live Aqua resorts in Mexico. Arrange transportation outside the hotel; it's cheaper than the hotel's. They do offer the option of having someone pick you up and take you to a small gift shop (at no extra cost). Check-in at the Aqua Club is very good; they give you a hand massage, and you can have drinks and snacks while you wait. The staff, mostly locals, aren't usually very friendly. Except for Alexis, our concierge, who was attentive to everything we needed. Very friendly and, above all, always with a great sense of service. Keep in mind that there aren't many places to go outside the hotel, at least not on foot. You'll really enjoy the hotel if you don't go out. Room service is 24/7, drinks are delivered to your room, and you'll get total relaxation.

The hotel is sensational, from the reception with excellent service, the food is surreal, very good, diverse options for all tastes from bar food to Italian and French cuisine, places where you can customize your pasta with the ingredients you want. The pools are excellent, the hotel's structure is very good and modern. I would definitely recommend it to other people.
