Although it is a little far from the city center, the staff and facilities are excellent and the value for money is excellent.

I will never stay here again. The location is the only thing that helps. The rooms are terrible. First of all, the entrance is narrow and difficult to enter. The walls and floors are shoddy, the quality of the open-air baths in the guest rooms is terrible, and there's no atmosphere at all. How do you fill the open-air baths in the guest rooms? You'll get wet if you keep your clothes on. That's the kind of thing you'd think. The construction is really cheap. At first, I didn't even bother with the large open-air bath in the bathroom. I thought, "Is this really an open-air bath?!" and didn't go in. It's so small, how can it be called an open-air bath? It's the size of a guest room open-air bath. The water in the large bath was too hot, and despite the strong spring water, the air conditioning dried out the room, so my skin was a mess, even though it was a hot spring. The food was a buffet, but absolutely nothing I ate was tasty. It was the first time I'd ever tasted sashimi that tasted muddy. Even though it was the end of the year, the prices were high due to the location in Kusatsu Onsen, and I thought it was too expensive for the quality. You can choose your yukata, there is a ReFa hair dryer, you can watch Amazon Prime on the TV, and the bed mattresses seem to be of good quality, but it feels like they're just making do with these little things. The beds were made, but they still felt dirty. There was a broken, wobbly chair left facing backwards in the lobby. If they're going to use celebrities for advertising, why not spend more money elsewhere? I think.

It's a wonderful hotel. I'd love to use it again!
