It's a guesthouse, not a hotel. The air conditioning is hot and the shower is cold, all turned upside down. The faucet is leaking, there's no bedspread on the bed, just a sheet. No extra pillows, no room service, almost nothing. In fact, they don't even offer a lunch or dinner menu, only if you go to the elevator. In fact, the service in general is terrible, except for a few employees at the Lizon reception. Tip: avoid this poor service.

The room was very dirty, with dust, hair and trash on the floor. The bathroom was greasy, the sink drain had no drain and was collecting water. The overall impression was dirty and neglected. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, it felt like you were lying on a board. The pillow was very thin. I barely slept because of it. There was no soundproofing between the rooms or between the room and the hallways. The breakfast was good, as expected. If this hotel charged a third of the current price, it might be worth what it offered.
