We are visiting the Lilac Hotel for the second year in a row and we are extremely satisfied! We were with two children, one of whom is a baby, and they immediately provided us with a cot – a great convenience for parents. The food is delicious and varied, the price-quality ratio is excellent. The rooms are cleaned regularly and are always fresh, the pool is clean, and the staff is very kind and responsive. Overall, the hotel is great for a family vacation and we will definitely be back next year! 🌸

My friend and I visited the hotel at the end of August 2025. We were checked in quickly and without any problems. However, the parking turned out to be a problem - the parking barrier was opened manually by the security guard and every time we entered or exited, we had to look for it, which was not easy at all. When we returned, I had to leave the car on the road, go to the hotel to ask them to open the barrier, and then come back for the car. This certainly created a lot of inconvenience, since we went out by car every day. It was necessary precisely because of the location of the hotel - according to the description it was 500 meters from the beach and the center, but in reality the distance felt significantly longer. The descent to the center was easy, but on the way back we had a pretty serious climb on steep streets. Our room was a "Double Superior". It was spacious and clean. The furnishings - comfortable and practical. There was a nice terrace with a view of the pool and the sea in the distance if you look closely. The bathroom was also very nice. The only problem there was that the bathtub had no plug. There was no shower stall, and the bathtub was used as a shower. The description when booking said there was a bathtub, but without a plug to fill it, which was a bit strange. We asked if they could provide one, but the answer was that not all rooms have plugs - interpret that however you want. The other problem was with the mini fridge. When booking, it said that the room had a mini fridge, but when we checked in, we noticed that there was no freezer compartment and that the cooling part was not working well. We asked if this could be fixed, but they explained that it was not a mini fridge, but a minibar, so there was no compartment. They also assured us that the unit was not damaged, it was just that cold. There was also a socket in the room that had come out of the wall, which a technician came to fix after we complained. The staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant was not particularly tasty throughout our stay, and sometimes had a strange taste, but for the price I would say it was acceptable. We were all inclusive, and ice cream was included at the pool bar. However, the bartender said it was only for children and didn't give it to us, which was strange since we had paid for the full package.
