Hello. My room didn't have a balcony, but a wall in front of it. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The male assistant staff member on the morning shift was very rude. He acted like we were asking for free accommodation. 😬

LK brand rooms have a similar style, but the luxury depends on the price. For us, this place was okay. It's a street with two-story townhouses that have been converted into a hotel. The street is quiet, clean, and peaceful. There's ample parking, but it's in the sun. The rooms are good, meeting hotel standards. The spring mattress isn't too hard or too soft. The air conditioning is cold, and the hot water has good pressure, like a home pump. The TV doesn't have apps and can't connect to Wi-Fi; you can only watch regular channels, but there are many channels, including 3-4 good movie channels with relatively new movies. The refrigerator is good, the balcony is spacious, but the swimming pool is deserted and not open. The curtains are double-layered, sheer and blackout, but our room didn't have sheer curtains. The staff and housekeepers are lovely, polite, and provide good service. There's no security guard, but there's a receptionist 24 hours a day. The location is considered good, even though it's in Soi Kor Pai, it's still in the city. It's not far to drive to various places in the city. There are street food restaurants and a 7/11 within walking distance for food. Cons: 1. There are only two floors. We stayed on the second floor. Some people might prefer the first floor because you can open the glass door directly into the room. 2. There's only one chair on the balcony, and it's made of heavy metal.
