Terrible experience, not recommended! I booked a 90-minute spa session for myself and two friends. At the end of the 90 minutes, the spa staff disturbed another CUSTOMER by swimming in the pool where we were staying and asked us to leave. Before leaving the spa, the spa staff made us hand over our locker key, telling us we had to vacate it immediately (before showering), leaving our belongings unattended. At that moment, the women's locker room was completely full, with people who had finished their session and needed to shower, and people who were about to go to the spa in the next shift and needed to change. (It's a shame we had booked, so if the spa can't accommodate a certain number of people, there's no point in filling it up, creating a disruption or forcing people who had paid to be left without a locker.) Furthermore, several men (husbands and boyfriends of other women) entered the women's locker room, all under the watchful eye of the staff who stood at the spa door between entry and exit, monitoring every move of the guests like guards. One of us couldn't shower because they were all occupied (I think two showers in total), and since she didn't have a locker, she found herself leaving with wet hair and chlorine on her body because she couldn't wash herself. The hair dryers provided by the spa are so slow that they don't allow us to dry our hair quickly (considering that we had our clothes and backpacks in hand because they were left without a locker). I live in this city, and I made a terrible impression on two friends from the north who came to visit me because of the treatment we received.

Truly well-organized. Spotlessly clean rooms, impeccable service. From the reserved parking (extra) to the shuttle bus (included), the view from the room is spectacular and picture-perfect. The breakfast area is elegant, with great background music and a cappuccino with a creaminess that deserves top marks. We tried the spa; the staff were extremely kind and courteous. Definitely a romantic hotel.
