The hotel was excellent, with a great pool, a beautiful view, and the golf was a 10 out of 10—truly the best I've ever played. I highly recommend it.

The staff is very attentive and helpful; they're the best thing about the hotel. It's lacking in several areas, though; it's not a 5-star hotel. The bathroom, while large, is of average quality, as is the lighting. There was a slight musty smell, and above the showerhead, there were small cracks in the ceiling. The bed and pillows were good. The storage space was excellent, with a huge wardrobe, drawers, and hangers. They didn't provide amenities like slippers, a pen, or a notepad in the room. The restaurant is very good. It's far from the center, but in our case, we knew that and went there to stay at Chapelco Golf Club. We opted for the Superior Golf Room.

The only reason this hotel can be called 5 stars is because of the price. The staff is not trained to perform tasks in this type of hotel; they don't know basic things (from the hotel itself, let alone the restaurant). The service is consistently BAD. When I was there, the central air conditioning wasn't working, and they give you a Liliana fan (30 degrees Celsius every day). The bathroom overflows and smells bad (the drain is practically nonexistent because it floods), the room is VERY old, the thermostat doesn't work, and I could go on. The hotel food and room service are AWFUL. Because of the hotel's location (40 minutes from the city center), it's difficult to get out and back, but believe me, it's the best option. The waiters' service is very poor (it's obvious they have no experience); they trip over each other, bump into each other, serve the dishes incorrectly, and so on. And let's not even talk about the food, where everything is reheated, spoiled, and tasteless. PS: They even had to fix the pool during our stay, which is the only thing that could possibly be good about the place.
