I stayed here while visiting Okinawa in the winter. With a pool, I felt it was a great hotel for a family trip. There are two buildings, the hotel building and the spa building, so it was a bit of a distance to walk between, but the interior was beautiful, the ceilings were high, and it was comfortable to walk around as if I was taking a stroll. There is also a pool for small children, so families can enjoy themselves without worry. The food is buffet-style, so you can choose what you like, which is another great point for families with children. The rooms had balconies, so we were able to enjoy tea while looking at the view, and we were able to relax.

We stayed at this hotel as a family with a 0-year-old child. When we checked in, a male staff member in his early twenties escorted us from the bus to the counter. Once inside, we were shown to a sofa and sat down. But then, wondering why, I asked, "Excuse me, where's the check-in?" He replied, "Are you checking in already?" Huh?! I couldn't help but laugh. Was there an option other than checking in? Was this a new comedy routine? It turned out to be a funny story. The information staff at the entrance, the counter staff, and the stroller rental counter all greeted us with a lovely smile and a "Have a nice day!", making for a great start to the day! The service has its good and bad points, so I wouldn't necessarily say, "I'll never use this hotel again." The external environment is great, with the airport and Kokusai Street nearby, supermarkets, and cheap parking! So, if I were to recommend this hotel to a friend, I'd recommend someone who doesn't prioritize service.
