I was treated very badly at this place during my stay between September 22nd and 29th, 2025, in several ways. To begin with, I was never informed before my arrival that this "establishment" is not a hotel, but a room for rent with maid service and a bathroom. I was never informed of this, not even indirectly. No one ever contacted me to tell me how to get the room keys. If Mr. Diego, the building manager, had not been present when I arrived and had not been kind enough to assist me, I would have had to find another place to stay, with my suitcases, on a day of a strike, a day of demonstrations in Rome (Palestine-Israeli), around 6:30 pm, almost at night and in the rain, after almost a day's travel from Argentina. They made me have a very bad experience. Mr. Diego (who was very helpful) doesn't speak English or Spanish, and I don't speak Italian. No one informed me how to access the room, which I had already prepaid for well in advance. Furthermore: the bed had a completely worn-out and sagging mattress. I reported this situation to the WhatsApp number I obtained from the establishment through the manager, Diego, and they replied: “We can’t do anything.” I am a 62-year-old person who suffered pain for more than 30 days afterward due to having to sleep on a mattress that was not in even minimally usable condition, and the establishment’s response was very firm and aggressive. I had to take painkillers for the lower back pain this situation caused me. The room’s refrigerator/minibar was broken; the door had a support that kept falling off. I have photos. The rug next to the bed was very dirty. I have a photo. Never in 7 days/nights was I able to find anyone at the desk of what you call “reception,” not even at 3:30 p.m. Inside the only elevator in that old building, there is a sign that says “not recommended to use elevator” (in Italian). I have a photo of the elevator interior. Entonces: ¿cómo se suponía que debía recurrir al encargado que no estaba presente las 24 horas? Más de una vez tuve que subir y bajar por la escalera porque el ascensor no funcionaba porque las puertas no cierran debidamente. Experiencia terrible y vergonzosa en Lombardía 40 “luxury” suites.

Spectacular location, just a 12-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. Excellent communication with the staff and great service. The room had everything you need and a comfortable bed. 100% recommended.
