Perfect hotel! Best location, excellent restaurants, very polite team, amazing rooms and a stunning view of the river, parliament, and London eye! I always return to County Hall when I'm in London.

We had a lovely stay at this Marriott. Our room was facing the "Big Ben" and we had a nice view. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but it's an old building after all. The breakfast in the lounge was a highlight of our stay at this property! The food was outstanding, and the pain au chocolat was massive. But the best part of the breakfast was the staff in the lounge (especially the Indian gentleman who took care of us every day during our whole stay). The evening service in the lounge was also very nice. The only thing was that I didn't have any welcome card or welcome treatment as a Platinum member. I let the front desk know (twice). I was assured it would be corrected, but nothing happened. Besides this, our stay was excellent at this Marriott Hotel.

Hotel was amazing! They accommodated my birthday very well. Breakfast crew was amazing! S/O Justin at front desk with room upgrade. Handled all my requests and housekeeping did great with turndown service. Would 10/10 recommend. Stayed for a week long and was worth every penny.
