Very loud elevators honestly couldn’t sleep at all in the 4 days I stayed there, no breakfast at all. No water in the room. Ordered hot tea to enjoy on a cold weather, they put in a to go cut, also no desert over all only good service is the valley. Don’t waste your money it just does not live up to the hype.

I contacted LondonHouse reception 24hours prior to checking in and asked for early check in as we had been flying the red eye flight. The women on the phone took my confirmation number and name and said it’s guaranteed check in at 7am as there were many double rooms available and she had placed a message next to our reservation. I was so grateful for this. Upon checking in the next day I was told by the young women that the room isn’t ready until 9am. Slightly annoying but we waited. At 9am we then asked to check in and a tall man served us and said the room won’t be ready until 4pm. We were exhausted and frustrated we had been told 3 different things. The service at the desk was not up to par. If we werent promised 3 different things its would have been okay, but it really does set the tone for a bad experience.

Loved the hotel! Our room was great, and the front desk and room cleaning staff were all very good. My only downside was on our way out, I had my Curb app out to get a taxi, and a doorman was insistent about taking us to one of the taxis that was waiting outside of the hotel in lieu of me ordering a taxi with the app. It was clear that I had the app out and was able to get my own taxi. It was a little unfortunate to leave on that note when everything else was so great.
