I tried to have lunch twice between December 29th and January 1st. The first time, they said lunch would end at 6 PM, we arrived at 5 PM and weren't served until someone said it would no longer be served. The second time, we were with children, we sat at a table, told the waiter we would choose, and stayed at that table for 30 minutes without anyone coming to us. We got up and left, and even then nobody seemed to care. I even went back and told the staff that it was my second attempt to have lunch there. It's a shame because the menu seems good, but the service was deplorable. We felt very bad being ignored.

I slept in the suites, but they weren't worth the price. They were noisy, lacked amenities, and the air conditioning was broken. In the evenings and at night, especially on weekends, there was a party outside the room, and at 7 a.m. the next morning there was loud music for the restaurant. 60 rupees for two hours of bike rental was steep, and the same went for SUP or surf lessons. It's a shame; I was really looking forward to it.
