Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel

We find the hotel very nice and are very satisfied.

The hotel looks very new and modern in the pictures and at first glance. However, we believe there were some shortcomings in the construction, and the hotel is poorly maintained in certain areas. For example, water from the shower leaked under the floor of our room, causing water stains. The water also didn't drain properly from the shower. The trash can was rusty. Another downside was that the cleaning staff often forgot to refill the toilet paper or change the towels. Furthermore, the balcony floor was never cleaned. The breakfast selection was also very limited. The pool looked larger in the pictures, but it was still perfectly adequate, as it was never crowded. The room and beds were very clean, which was very important to us. It all sounds rather negative, but the price-performance ratio is still good! If you want a relatively inexpensive and modern hotel that is still clean, then this hotel is a good choice.

Disappointing experience, especially regarding how I was handled after my stay. After check-out, I realized I had left some personal clothing items (shorts/swimsuit, a bikini, and underwear) on the room's balcony. I contacted the hotel immediately and indicated precisely where they were. Despite several polite attempts to clarify the situation, the response was always the same: nothing was found, allegedly after checks. This position is difficult to understand, as I am absolutely certain that the items were left in the room at the time of departure. The issue is not the material value, but rather the trust a guest places in the hotel's procedures. When personal items disappear without any plausible explanation, it is inevitable to question the rigor in managing forgotten belongings. For a hotel that presents itself with certain standards of quality and professionalism, this situation is particularly disappointing. More than the loss itself, there is a feeling that the matter was not handled with the expected care and attention. Unfortunately, this experience has compromised my confidence and I will not consider returning or recommending this hotel in the future.
