The Hotel was very beautiful, and we were glad that we got an upgrade. However, I wish that the hotel could hear up the pool during the winter-time. The outside jaccuzi was 32 degree which is cold, since the recommended temperature is 37. I also had to minus one star when we had to pay 5 euro for only to borrow two fork! Never have a hotel charged to borrow cutleries before.

We spent one week at this jewel. Beautiful and well taken care of hotel with amazing pools and views. The quality of the food is great. Especially the Bayerisch Creme Desert was amazing! The only minus was that it is quite busy and loud in the restaurant (I was impressed though how smooth everything went, considered the large amount of people).
