There's nothing good about this hotel except the beautiful mountains and sea. I booked the hotel for a full night's stay several months before my trip, but upon arrival, I discovered the hotel was closing for the season. All the sun loungers had been taken apart, the umbrellas folded, and the beach bags cleared away. My question is with the owners. Why wasn't the price reduced when I booked, and why didn't they indicate it was the end of season? We were there in mid-October. The pool area, sun loungers, and umbrellas were all dirty and rusty. I booked on Yandex, but there were no room grading options, and it turned out we had the cheapest room. It's just a dump for 20,000 rubles a night. As others have written below, it's damp and moldy. Breakfast. They brought me a Turkish breakfast (lots of small plates with various fillings). It was obvious they'd already eaten the breakfast, as there was only one plate per plate, and it was meant to be for two. I was served a salad with slimy cucumbers. We ate a la carte at the restaurant for dinner. It was expensive and not very tasty (but that's an acquired taste). I didn't like anything. The staff looked at you like you owed them something. I felt incredibly unsafe there. In the mountains, where there wasn't a soul, only these people working at the hotel were from Africa. They said they were from Paris, so that's okay. We wrote in a translator in English, Turkish, and French, but the waiter didn't understand a word of it. I'm not a racist and don't discriminate by nationality, but I really felt uneasy there. And it was scary to say anything was wrong, because you're in the mountains and there's no one to ask for help. I didn't sleep all night in this hotel; we tried to leave right away the next morning. I stayed at several hotels during my vacation. We also stayed at the XO Arna, so I have something to compare it to. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
