Very nice family hotel within walking distance of the lift and ski rental. Excellent, varied food served in buffet style. We recommend this hotel to families. No après-ski in March.

We were massively disappointed here. For a hotel that advertises itself as a 4-star establishment, it lacked even the most basic amenities. Service & Reception: Hospitality starts at the front desk, but the hotel manager didn't even bother to acknowledge our arrival with a simple "Good day." Unfortunately, this continued throughout the entire experience: table service was practically nonexistent – on average, we were only asked if we needed anything every 1-2 hours. Food & Gluten-Free Disaster: The food was unfortunately the biggest drawback. Both in the morning and evening, the "hot" buffet was more cold than lukewarm. The cold cuts at breakfast looked very unappetizing (visually just like they were from the previous week). Particularly frustrating: We had inquired about gluten-free options two weeks prior. On the first morning, all we found were rubbery rolls. When we asked about it, we were simply told curtly that we had to give advance notice and that the information hadn't reached the kitchen – despite our timely request. ... Wellness & Fitness: The fitness room is unfortunately unusable. The equipment is neither maintained nor cared for, and there are no towels at all. This is absolutely not up to the standard of this hotel category. Rooms: The only positive point: The rooms are spacious and a comfortable size. However, their condition is more in line with a solid 3-star hotel – the necessary level of upkeep and attention to detail are lacking for a true 4-star rating. Conclusion: The room size offers great potential, but this is squandered by a poor buffet, poor service, and a lack of interest in the guests. We will not be returning.
