A Hidden Gem in the Lumbini Area💎💎 We discovered Lumbini Buddha Resort almost by chance. After a long day of work, we were hungry and hadn’t stopped anywhere to eat. As we were passing by, the beautiful green space caught our attention, and we decided to give it a try. That spontaneous decision turned out to be the best one we made! From the moment we entered, we were amazed. The property is incredibly spacious, filled with lush greenery and trees everywhere. You can hear birds chirping, and the whole environment feels peaceful, refreshing, and deeply calming, a perfect escape from busy and chaotic surroundings. What impressed us even more was the service. The food arrived surprisingly fast! In most places, you expect to wait at least an hour, but here we almost had to tell ourselves to order slowly because everything came so quickly…..and that’s actually a great problem to have. 😁😁The efficiency and attentiveness of the staff truly reflect how service in the hospitality industry should be. Originally, we were staying in Butwal. But after experiencing this serene atmosphere, we found ourselves wondering why we were staying in a chaotic area when such a peaceful, nature focused place was available. So we made a spontaneous decision….we went back, checked out, and returned to stay here instead! Although we could only stay one night due to our schedule, it was absolutely worth it. One of the most special parts of our stay was the sleep. After months of traveling, I finally had a truly deep and restful sleep here. My body felt completely calm and relaxed, something I hadn’t experienced in a long time. And when I woke up in the morning, after such a long time, the only sound I could hear was birds chirping. No traffic, no chaos…..just pure nature. That peaceful morning alone made the stay unforgettable. The service is excellent, the environment is beautiful, and the overall experience was unforgettable. I genuinely wish there were more places like this and I just can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, nature, comfort, and outstanding hospitality in the Lumbini area. 🌿🌱

The Lumbini Buddha Garden was unfortunately the weakest hotel of our Nepal tour. The beautiful grounds and attractive entrance area were definite pluses. The Wi-Fi also worked reliably. However, the rooms had several shortcomings. A strong toilet cleaner-like scent stick was installed, which was rather unpleasant. The mattresses were very hard. There was also no hairdryer – not a major issue for us personally, but worth mentioning. Furthermore, the toilet flush was very weak. The biggest problem, however, concerned the food. Dinner was barely seasoned and served ice cold. Unfortunately, this was not addressed even after we pointed it out. The breakfast buffet was generally okay, but only instant coffee was offered. Furthermore, we were charged for too many drinks – the waitstaff apparently hadn't been paying close enough attention in the evening.
