The property and beach view rooms are excellent, and the location is beautiful. However, the service quality is far below expectations and does not match the standards of a luxury resort. Room service is extremely poor. In-room dining takes more than 1.5 hours to deliver food, even after multiple follow-ups. Even basic maintenance issues like a non-working AC take 40 minutes or more for a technician to respond. For the price and brand reputation, this level of service is unacceptable. Only for the view you can visit this resort—that’s it. A great property alone cannot compensate for such poor service standards. Serious improvement is needed.

Pros: Really nice location, modern rooms, food good, tennis courts, padel and gym in good condition Cons: water house (pedal, canoes etc) operate from 09-13 with the excuse of low tide after the closing hours, which is just a lie. Check out may take looong if you are not placed in the correct chair, they do not follow a correct queue. Furthermore breakfast in peak hours can be chaotic as well, there are empty tables but they need time to realize it. Generally really nice premises but the service makes a huge difference and defines a 5 star hotel. Saying all the time “My pleasure” without understanding the issue at all is not helping

It was a really nice stay for our honeymoon. Anjaman was very nice and helped us great for our diner at the pool! The cocktail workshop was also very nice. If forgotten he’s name but he was very helpfull and friendly!
