Management was off and on rude. Booked a queen bed. Got a full with no notice. I emailed a few days before was told jacuzzi and pool worked. Only pool worked. Was my last night until they tried and failed to fix it. Paid 300$ for the weekend. Feel rooms are overpriced dated. Pillows and beds aren't great. Carpet sticky. Fiance checked in with me but they still wouldn't fix the key which stopped working multiple times. He had to wait 5 hours for me to come back from convention. There's more but this is long.

Less than pleased with the hotel. This was our 4th time staying and would usually book it everytime we come to Nashville..well not anymore! Hot tub was far from Hot..water was cold. The female worker in the morning is extremely rude, the breakfast options are lacking, the door to our room was dang near easy to open if one pushed on it just right. We went out for the day and when we came back we could not get in any of the side doors with our room key, no coffe pot in our room, no maid service the whole 4 days we were at the hotel. We kept coming back as it is hard to find a hotel in Nashville with an indoor pool and hot tub for a great price! Since Luxe studios took over it has gone seriously down hill. Will definitly be looking elsewhere from here on out

Honestly, the hotel wasn't as bad as the reviews made it seem, at least from my experience. I stayed one night, and the bed was comfy. I didn't see any bed bugs or roaches. The only thing was the smell wasn’t pleasant when you first walk in, but it went away after a few minutes. This is one of those hotels you just have to try for yourself. Also, for the price you can’t beat it.
