With this letter, I would like to express my disappointment with our stay at your hotel. When choosing a place to stay, we were guided by the information and photos published on the booking site, where amenities such as a sauna, a fitness room and a room with a full bedroom are clearly presented. It was these conditions that were decisive for our decision to book with you. After our arrival and check-in, we decided to visit the sauna. When we asked at the reception, we were informed that it was not working and was under renovation. We were not informed about this circumstance in advance, either by phone or when confirming the reservation. Although unpleasant, we decided to accept the situation. The next day, due to bad weather conditions, we decided to use the fitness room, which is also advertised as part of the hotel's amenities. To our surprise, we were informed that the fitness room was also not working. We already consider this to be an extremely unfair attitude towards guests, since these services are part of the hotel's presentation and directly influence the choice of customers. Additional disappointment was caused by the fact that instead of a room with a full bedroom, as we expected according to the description, we were accommodated in a room with two single beds. There was also a noted convenience of "massage" but I was just caught by laughter and shock and decided not to ask

Nice hotel, but terrible attitude. We reserved a night for two adults and a child over the phone at a price of 61.30 euros / 120 leva studio. We arrived and upon registration they informed us that the price is per person and for the night we have to pay a total of 122 euros. The hotel price list on their website and at the reception clearly shows that the price is 120 leva for the night for everyone in the room, but the receptionist insisted that it is per person. The end result is that at 19:00 we had to move out with the child and quickly look for another hotel. I think we were INTENTIONALLY misled by the price.

Disgusting! The sofa, besides not being suitable for sleeping, is also not suitable for sitting on, but otherwise they offer it for a third adult. I won't comment on the smell of dampness, sewerage and mould. The first hotel in which I sat for several hours and left at dawn.
