The hotel is beautiful, with a swimming pool on the 20th floor. It's near the Han River Bridge, so you can walk there in the evening to enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

I stayed in a twin room, but it wasn't a 35". It looked like a 22-25". The 35" in the description is a scam. Please delete or edit the room size. The Agoda description is a scam. The hotel owner should delete or edit the description. Because of the stairs at the entrance, you can call the staff to move your luggage. The carpet is dusty and musty, so be prepared for a musty smell. The bathroom also has a musty smell. It's not soundproof. It's a Korean street, so there are a lot of Koreans, and you'll see a lot of older men in groups of three or four. It's not a great value hotel. The water pressure in the bathroom is poor, and the hot water doesn't come out often. These are the only downsides. There are only two elevators, so waiting is a real pain. The upside to all this is that it's a Korean street, so the infrastructure is good. There's a Korean supermarket and Korean restaurant nearby. The breakfast is decent for the price, so I tolerated it. It's on a main street, so it's easy to get around. The staff is so-so. I didn't see any bugs. The refrigerator is small but functional. This is a plus. For prices in the mid-30,000 won range, there are plenty of other options. It's a truly value-for-money hotel. If you're not going to be picky, go for it.

We stayed at the Luxtery Hotel for three nights during our staff trip and were extremely satisfied with the service and facilities. We stayed in a twin room, and the beds and pillows were soft, comfortable, and we slept very well. There's a swimming pool on the 19th floor and an observation deck on the 20th floor – nice! 👍 The breakfast was also very diverse and plentiful! The location also deserves 5 stars. There are convenience stores next to the hotel and diagonally opposite, which is very convenient! If I have the opportunity to visit Da Nang, Vietnam again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
