This hotel is located in a very convenient spot to enjoy a ton of Lisbon on foot. The rooms are beautiful, the sushi restaurant is great, which also serves as the breakfast spot, a little strange but a decent breakfast. The hotel technically sits on the iconic PINK street so getting there isn't tough.

We stayed here for 3 nights and there were a number of issues we encountered. The aim of this review is to encourage the hotel to hopefully improve. Firstly, the service was quite poor. Noone helped us get our bags in or out the hotel despite seeing we had 6 suitcases. If you walked past the reception at any point, noone greeted us or wished us. The breakfast buffet was average at best with not much variety and again service was poor. We had to keep going up to the counter to ask for basic things like plates, cups and cutlery. The room itself was again very average. There's no kettle or tea or coffee provided in the rooms. Our bathroom door was jammed so it was a constant struggle to open. The exhaust in the bathroom did not work, which in a tiny room is not ideal at all. The biggest concern was that there is central AC control for the entire floor which meant that if one room wanted it hot, we would all have to sleep in heat. They changed it for us once but within 2 hours had changed it back to heating mode which meant we slept in 25 degrees all night. Neither of us got any sleep for 3 straight nights. I would consider this hotel with caution.

The hotel's location is very convenient, on the one hand. It's close to the metro and the ferry across the river. On the other hand, the nightlife is right next door. Apparently for this reason, earplugs have been thoughtfully provided in the rooms, but even they might not save you, especially during holidays. The standard rooms are very small: barely enough to fit two suitcases, and there's no closet as such. The bathroom, with its rather odd tiled surface, is separated from the room by a glass partition (an acquired taste). Breakfasts at the nearby restaurant aren't cheap, but quite decent by European standards.
