Thank you so much for the birthday upgrade! It was a wonderful surprise upon our arrival. The room was great! The hotel is ideally located. Everything is within easy walking distance. The staff—cleaning, service, reception—everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating. That's what I call hospitality! We'd love to come back.

The best hotel for visiting Chamonix. All the staff were very attentive, especially Alfredo Santos, who took all the time necessary to explain things to us, assist us, and even personally said goodbye when we left the hotel. I went with my wife for our honeymoon, and the hotel decorated the room to make our stay romantic and unforgettable, with views of Mont Blanc. The spa was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The restaurant and breakfast were also excellent—varied, delicious, and enjoyable. We will definitely return.

If you want to see the stereotypical french customer service (rude and horrible)- this is your place! Where do I start… from being yelled at by ‘The Spa Manager’ and told to ‘get out of the jaccuzi’ and consistently being harassed to get out of the pool with our kids before their 6pm deadline by their 15y old lifeguard to the waitresses basically rolling their eyes when taking our orders. This place seems to have forgotten that hotels are still in the service industry. Its a shame, the location is nice and the spa was the main selling point as the rooms were old and falling apart (bad amenities, low quality toilet paper, no towel changes and radiators falling off the walls). Value for money was clearly not there. All of which is forgivable if the service was good. We will definitely never be going back even though we love Chamonix and come often!
