M City Hotel – A Return That Felt Like Coming Home This was our second stay at the M City Hotel in Chania, having first visited in August 2025 during peak season. What impressed us then still holds true now: the hotel’s unbeatable central location, its meticulous cleanliness, and the genuine value it offers, complete with a traditional Cretan breakfast that feels lovingly prepared rather than mass‑produced. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the way the staff treat their guests. You’re never made to feel like a passing visitor; instead, you’re welcomed as if returning to your second home. That warmth and consistency are exactly why we didn’t hesitate for a moment when booking our 2026 stay. From the moment we arrived, everything had been thoughtfully prepared. The personal touch of a rose and a heart on our bed was a beautiful gesture that made us feel remembered and appreciated. It’s rare to find hospitality that feels this sincere. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, Katerina, whose leadership is evident in every detail. She sets the tone for the hotel’s exceptional culture—one defined by kindness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make each guest’s stay memorable. Her presence is a major part of what distinguishes M City Hotel from so many others.
