Appears really nice from the lobby and the pool, but the fitness center was pretty unkempt. Our room was hot and while there is a thermostat on the wall, it seemed more like it was just to give the illusion of control over the temperature. At one point I set it all the way down to 64 degrees, and the temperature stayed firmly at 71. Same thing for the ballroom. We were in there for an event and all the vendors were complaining that it was warm, so we tried to turn the air down. Did the same thing where it showed the number you set it at, but stayed at 73 degrees the whole weekend. It just got hotter the more people came in. The beds are VERY hard. Like if you didnt have back problems before, you do now. Only one functioning elevator. The staff were kind and the room was clean, so that was the only plus, really.

I give this hotel zero stars. The rooms were disgusting. The staff was awful. It was $300 for one night and we had to leave due to my son having a seizure so needed to be transported to the hospital by ambulance. No one was helpful. What was supposed to be a nice stay for my children on their last day of vacation turned into a disaster. It sucked that staff had no hospitality or compassion in asking if we needed help. Also I shouldn’t have to pay $300 after having to leave at 1am because of an emergency.

This hotel was disgusting. We were forced to stay here for a hockey tournament and it was rough. When we checked into our first room there was water dripping from the ceiling. The guy at the front desk told us they didn’t think it was that big of a problem? The water was dripping on to the bed. The rooms are dirty, the showers/ tubs are covered in mold, if you use the hair dryer the power goes out. For the majority of our stay the elevators were out. The building is old. I get that but it was dirty, loud and just a mess. I feel bad for the staff.
