Had a great time at Bath Spa Hotel. We spent most of our stay in the spa (of course) and it was certainly the highlight of the trip. The sauna was out of order unfortunately but the outdoor jacuzzi pool made up for it. It was idyllic. There was quite a large queue in reception as everyone arrived at 3:30pm on the dot to check in. We had arrived early but the Receptionist informed us that the room was definitely not ready, without having to look at the computer, so we happily relaxed in the spa until check in time. The large queue and waiting time to check in would have been disappointing, however, a server arrived with a free glass of prosecco for those of us waiting to check in, which was a nice touch. We will hopefully visit again in the future.

Me and my partner stayed at the hotel on the 9th of January. The hotel itself was superb, incredibly beautiful building and rooms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfy and bathrooms were beautiful. Heating you can control yourself that worked well (unlike some hotels). Dinner service was where this hotel lacks, we bought a package which offered dinner credits (£30pp) which usually would be great, again compared to most hotels this was incredible, however there was no option to have only one course, 2 courses began at £40pp. This was a very minor issue that could’ve been avoided if i’d of checked prior. The issue then following this was that we watched several other guests not have their room number checked and be seated immediately, however the server checked our room number before seating us in front of several other tables. Don’t like to assume however I assume it was because we were considerably younger than anyone else there. We then proceeded to wait over an hour for our first course, granted it was delicious this was outrageous. Desert was also incredible however not worth the price of the set menu at all. Breakfast was also a let down, considering the lack of staff present (would recommend ordering breakfast to the room or eating elsewhere). Spa facilities were incredible and the staff there were incredibly attentive and skilled at their jobs. Several different saunas and steam rooms as well as an outdoor heated pool. Special mention to the gentleman working the front desk morning of the 11th of January, believe his name was James or Jack, very helpful in assisting us. Overall, would recommend the spa and hotel but would avoid eating here.

I had an amazing experience!😍😍 The hotel it’s very nice and clean ! Large rooms and full of facilities! They do have all the facilities,including steam room salt room and dry sauna ! Gladly it was not too busy so we could relax and enjoying the pool and the outdoor one ! It’s a must to mention about the lady name from the message ! Tinny ❤️ Her service it was outstanding ! All the team been amazing and they did a fantastic job! I would recommend this hotel and for sure I ll come back ! Thank you !🤩
