We arrived and found no one there, as there is no reception. We called the number posted on the gate to have someone come and greet us. We entered with our luggage through the garage ramp. We were received in a room that looked like a storage room. The person who greeted us didn't even know the hotel's address. The apartment couldn't accommodate 5 people, as the sofa bed is too short. The promised view doesn't exist. There's a huge building obstructing any view. The breakfast was repetitive, the same every day. The package sold stated that the hotel was approximately 800 meters from the town center, but it's more than 2km away. The apartment was clean. Attentive staff. Our experience was bad.

The hotel is very good, the staff are also very polite and helpful, congratulations. The location is good. The only point that could be improved is the breakfast. It was very repetitive without many options. The same thing every day. Apart from that, I highly recommend it. I would return.
