Unpleasant Stay with Poor Hygiene and Unhelpful Staff I do not recommend this hotel. Upon entering our room, we were immediately greeted by a foul odor coming from the bathroom. The floor also had strands of hair and hairpins left behind, indicating poor cleaning. We went to the front desk to complain and request a room change. The girl working the evening shift was remarkably rude and unhelpful. She refused our request for a new room and only offered to send maintenance. A technician came and simply sprayed air freshener and opened the windows for about ten minutes. This did not solve the problem at all, and the unpleasant smell persisted throughout our entire night. We felt trapped in the unacceptable room because the hotel refused to provide a refund, and our booking was made through a third party (Booking.com). The combination of the dirty room, the persistent bad smell, and the dismissive, rude staff made for a very negative experience. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Highly recommended. Very convenient location, just a few meters from Rome Termini station. Friendly and helpful staff, good and plentiful breakfast, clean rooms. Overall, a great experience. The hotel offers experience packages that we didn't have the opportunity to try but which seemed interesting.
