THE STAFF STOLE A WATCH! AN EMPLOYEE STOLEN MY WATCH! If I could leave zero stars, I would! Don't stay here! I had a $5,000 USD watch stolen from this hotel. I spent NYE there. I had to check out one day early. I accidentally left the watch in the safe upon check-out. When I realized I had forgotten it, I called them right away. They argued nothing had been found by the staff. Now, I know it was my responsibility to verify I had all my belongings. However, as a guest, I should also be able to trust that their staff members have some degree of integrity. Not only did they choose to protect the person who stole it, the concierge was also incredibly rude about it. She even refused to give me the information for the general manager when I requested it. Given the vast amount of hotels in the area, I hope you avoid this one at all costs. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Don't stay here! My $5,000 watch was stolen from me at this hotel. I spent New Year's here and had to leave a day earlier than planned. I accidentally left my watch in the safe when I checked out. As soon as I realized I'd forgotten it, I contacted them. We've been to PDC a few times and this has been the best place we've stayed at so far. It's a gorgeous little spot right in the center of playa, with a really nice pool. Plenty of tanning beds and trees that give it a middle of the jungle vibes. Perhaps they renovated but for us everything was pretty modern, comfortable beds, extremely clean. Really fast wifi and tv with Netflix. Hard to complain. Water pressure was fine and endless hot water. The only thing to watch out for is the different packages offered, I would look on the website to make sure you get what you are looking for! Breakfast is at the Brazilian grill next door and it's a nice buffet.
