Miramare Magnetic Beach Hotel

Why I gave everything 5*. The overall impression is that my mother and I were traveling with a large dog—a German Shepherd—to a DIFFERENT hotel. It was just one night, late November 2025. A few hours before check-in, we were turned away at that cottage-type hotel. After reading reviews—it wasn't mentioned anywhere, or I didn't find them—we realized that Miramar in Kobuleti accepts pets, but it was unclear whether they would accommodate us, being large. We had a muzzle and leash. So, after crossing the border, we simply headed to this hotel, hoping for luck due to our extreme fatigue (I had previously been confident in the hotel we'd chosen, sorry, Mom, for the stress). But what happened next... It wasn't just luck. We found ourselves in a fairy tale, where we were taken care of, and it just so happened that the guests (us) arrived at the right time, and the renovations on the main building didn't affect our stay. The main building has two-room suites, as I understand it. The one available to us when we arrived didn't have any. We were upgraded to two rooms at a good price on a floor with no other guests. We had a delicious meal. We all rested well after the long journey—me, my mom, and my pet. I can't tell you how grateful we are to the entire staff, and most importantly, to the hotel management, for being so kind to travelers, especially those with pets. Your business is focused on your guests' comfort, and it shows! Opening your eyes in the morning in your hotel is a special joy—the views are stunning! My mom has been in tourism longer than me, and I've been in tourism for over 25 years. We are both delighted with your hotel. We didn't expect such happiness on the road. We wish you all the best, and don't deviate from your path. You can rarely find hotels like this these days when traveling with your beloved pets. And if you do meet them, then either there is a problem with cleaning, or with inflated prices ((( Thank you for being who you are!

The reception staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The room was very comfortable and well-designed; it was a shame we were only staying one night. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and we absolutely enjoyed what we ate: it was also surprisingly well-priced. The breakfast was very good: well-presented, plentiful and tasted great. They have a zero percent beer option in the fridge which is good to know. The central part of the mirror in the bathroom remained steam-free after the shower which was something new for me: I was quite impressed with that. The overall quality of the hotel was above what you generally find in Georgia in every way: we would happily stay here again.

Hotel view to the sea and beach is amazing. Its a brand new hotel. The rooms are clean and good. Bathroom is clean and modern. The location is not perfect, if you have to be in Poti. During winter time there are less workers available in the Hotel, which is understandable. As last.. the breakfast was amazing. I wouldn’t compare it to other 5star hotels. 5 star means probably having pool, massage, fitness etc. But most 5 star hotels are 25 years old and this hotel was amazing, especially for its price! $50 a day, for winter season.
