So booked through Expedia as I had quite a bit of points to use for a free hotel stay and didn’t do my homework too much of this hotel , however Expedia showed a good rating however , this hotel does need a major make over . Valet in my opinion not too bad of a price but I feel if they know your staying over more than one day than should have a one time set fee that’s reasonable. Secondly , someone else reviewed about a smell , I smelled it as soon as I walked in near the elevators , our room was decent , couch was dirty , shower was messed up water kept over filling , dust all over the lamps , and not many amenities at least I was aware of , but it was Christmas Eve and day , so I didn’t expect much , TV was pretty old school cable which sucked , wish it had streaming services . Overall my experience here was okay , could have been better , a weird thing out of anything was that cleaning services had to be per request , which makes me feel rooms do not cleaned too too often . Not sure but i for sure won’t be back to this hotel .

Rooms are terrible!! So outdated, dingy smell and dark brown walls with cheap furniture that is visibly worn out (looks nothing like the pictures). Nasty old dark carpet that I was scared to walk on without slippers. Very depressing ambiance for what is supposed to be a relaxing stay. TV in bedroom wouldn't even turn on, pressed every button, was very disappointing as we were wanting to see something on Netflix (it's cable only with old remote anyways). Toilet clogged super easily with just toilet paper, but worst of all was the elevator. Waited like 20 minutes just to go down to lobby because each time it would open up (took forever to arrive) it would be PACKED with people. Happened 5+ times so we gave up waiting and walked down the stairs from the 17th floor.. Will never come back
