This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars, or even 3. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! • Food: Absolutely terrible. I got food poisoning from the fish. The menu is the same every single day with zero variety, and the food simply tastes bad. We barely ate anything all week. • À La Carte Restaurant: We had high hopes, but it was another letdown. We paid 300 TND, but the quality didn't justify the price at all. • Room: Extremely dirty. The bathtub was covered in rust—it felt gross even touching the faucet. The furniture is very old and outdated. • Wi-Fi: Very poor connection; it kept cutting out constantly. • Staff: More than half of the staff don't speak English and have a very hard time understanding it. • Atmosphere: Almost all the guests are retirees. There is nothing for young people to do; everything feels old-fashioned and boring. • Spa/Hammam: Complete lack of hygiene. In the hammam, they have mattresses that everyone lies on—they are soaking wet and covered in other people's sweat. It’s absolutely disgusting. Bottom line: I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Think a hundred times before booking a stay here.

A very disappointing stay. The welcome was cold, the room poorly maintained (questionable cleanliness, outdated equipment), the restaurant is best avoided: mediocre quality and slow service. As for the entertainment, it was practically non-existent or of very low quality. Unfortunately, there were no positive points to mention. We do not recommend this establishment and will not be returning.
