Hello We stayed one night at the Maia Luxury Beach Hotel & Spa in Kuşadası, Aydın. We chose the hotel specifically for its "luxury spa hotel" designation and its spa/hamam facilities. However, during our reservation, we were not informed that the spa and hamam would close at 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, we inquired with the reception and were told the spa was open until 9:00 PM. At 8:00 PM, we prepared to use the spa and went downstairs, only to find it closed. Closing an area intended for evening relaxation early severely damaged both the guest experience and our confidence in the hotel's "spa" concept. This is a truly "visionary" move for guests seeking evening relaxation! Moreover, this information wasn't shared in advance. It was truly strange to encounter a "beach hotel" whose spa closes early. Naturally, I can't thank Luxury Beach Hotel & Spa enough!

This is the best hotel we've stayed at this summer. The staff was friendly and greeted us right at the door, and we received friendly service. The food was delicious, the rooms were spacious, and the view was stunning, right on the seafront. It also has a private beach. It's a great place to have a great holiday. I highly recommend it to your friends. 🙏

We're vacationing in September. It was a wonderful place for us to relax and unwind. From the receptionist to the cook, cleaner, security guard, and technical support, everyone was incredibly warm and friendly. It truly warms our hearts. 🤗 We'd especially like to thank İbrahim Bey for his attentiveness and attention, and Hüseyin Bey for his warm conversation and smile. Thank you also for the beautiful necklace you gave us. 🤗 The only downside of the hotel is the seawater used in the hotel. The shower and especially the mouthwash were poor, but we managed to manage that somehow. Another thing I didn't like was the pier on the beach. 😐 For people like me who aren't brave enough to swim, swimming was a lot of trouble. Not everyone can swim from the pier, so I couldn't because I was afraid, and there were waves, so I couldn't go in at all. If that pier hadn't been there, and we could have walked to a beach, I would have had a much more enjoyable sea experience. Despite everything, thank you for making our holiday enjoyable and peaceful.
