Disrespect, nationalistic mockery from the Croatian manager, Kovich. Unprofessional work by the Latino intern on the front desk. They illegally charged my credit card an additional $55.99, which was not specified in the contract. And they were not able to explain nothing and met new guest how they must do it. The evening shift doesn't understand the difference between those who live here and those who work here at all, just eating and watching movies. Where all these workers get their salaries from? I got one night Jan. 13 - 14/2026 The room was not bad, the hotel as a whole is not bad, but after interacting with the staff, I want to forget this bitter experience forever.

The rooms need to be updated but are clean, comfortable and spacious. Minor issues with the heat/AC but no major issues.

Not my style but here we go…..Love this hotel but some of the employees have no problem talking about fellow staff members in public. Stayed here a few days ago and some things should be kept to yourself. Thankfully I got the pleasure of meeting this worker. Later on in the evening when I needed some things handled in our room. I believe her name was Kaitlyn and she went above and beyond for me and my colleague. I truly feel sorry for this young lady she was polite, kind and attentive. Trust me god don’t like ugly. So dear management it might be wise to have a refresher on how to behave like an adult. And to be a kind human. And to Kaitlyn keep your head up everything that happens in the dark must come to the light. God Bless
