Staff was very nice and helped me to book a car to pick me up at naples airport to the hotel after my long long flight. And she also waited me to check in at midnight, i slept very well! And the hotel location was super convenient.

This accommodation operates with a shop on the ground floor and rooms on the second floor. There appeared to be only one staff member working at the front desk during our stay. After returning from the beach, we found that there was no properly heated hot water available. We reported the issue to the front desk. While the staff member seemed to try various solutions, the problem was never resolved. We had hoped that someone from the hotel would take care of it, but no one did — it seemed she was the only person working. Despite clear differences in water temperature compared to the previous morning (when the water was so hot we could barely touch it), she insisted that there was no issue. She checked the temperature herself and claimed it was fine. We were told to wait 5 to 10 minutes, but ended up waiting about an hour. Still, we were forced to shower in water that felt cold, which only got colder the longer it ran. No one apologized, and the attitude we received was as if nothing was wrong. I wanted to ask her to try taking a shower herself to understand what we meant — the lukewarm water kept getting colder and colder. From our experience, it seems this place cannot supply enough hot water when several guests are using it at the same time. Based on her response that “the system has no issues,” it seems the hot water supply is limited by design. If that’s the case, this is something that should be clearly communicated to guests in advance. We received no prior notice about any limitations with water temperature. Staying at this property means you might not be able to take a warm shower when you need one — and no one will be able to fix it for you. All you can do is waste your precious time waiting. (In our case, we waited for an hour and only got properly hot water later that evening, after returning from dinner.) If you don’t want to waste your valuable travel time, I suggest booking somewhere else. But — if you enjoy cold showers, go ahead and make a reservation. + I stayed for 2 nights. After the room was cleaned on the second day, no additional towels were provided. When I asked the front desk, I was given only one extra towel and informed that fresh towels are not provided for stays of 2 nights. Apparently, new towels are only offered starting from the third night. This was a bit inconvenient and something to be aware of if you’re planning a short stay.
