Since we stayed during the heightened security situation at the Christmas market, we appreciated the instructions on how to fill out the report to be submitted to the Gendarme in advance, but it was difficult to figure out how to unlock the security pole by entering the PIN. It was still dark early in the morning when we left the rental car parking lot and a man appeared out of the darkness. He was a thief, but he kindly guided us and we were able to get it out without hitting our car. He was wearing dirty black clothes, so we thought he might be a robber, but when we asked, we found out he wasn't a hotel employee, but just a passerby. As a thank you, we gave him some sweets that were in our bag. It was scary and dark to begin with, so we wish the hotel staff had given us a bit more guidance.

I enjoyed a personalized 45-minute massage for New Year's Day. I asked for it to be firm and deep. It's not often done well, but I must admit I was more than delighted. I highly recommend it!
