We were delighted with our stay. The staff were attentive and helpful. A lovely hotel. No need to go to a motu where prices are exorbitant. Excellent value for money. We were given small macarons upon arrival and complimentary champagne by the hotel. A big thank you to the hotel; it was a lovely touch.

The positive point is its location next to the beautiful Matira beach. The overwater bungalows are nice, but the standard rooms are in dire need of renovation. The Wi-Fi is terrible. The staff is neither welcoming nor friendly, and the restaurant is best avoided, especially since there's the Lucky House less than a 10-minute walk away. Only the bar is decent.

A slice of paradise at half the cost and 50% more accessibility. One road through Bora Bora, and most mainland resorts are off of it. I spent $200 per night with a lovely room, a nice breakfast and happy hour, and Guilia was so helpful. I loved some of the well behaved and taken care of dogs who were around- none of them barked and were so sweet and friendly. They do have over the water bungalows. I would prefer to pick a place that faces the water and away from the beach or restaurant and other guests. Excellent food in the restaurant. Excellent shuttle service. I gave 4 stars as one waiter said I could not have my bottle of wine- and didn’t acknowledge a corking fee. When I asked to taste wine before ordering a glass, the lady actually said I can’t taste more than one.
