I liked the location. The hotel is conveniently located on 2 bus lines (26-55) getting you in the heart of the city easily. I selected this hotel because I love staying in Shoreditch area

Cancelled on me after I paid in full. I booked this months ago and I paid in full. Shortly after tickets went on sale for a major event very close by (why I booked it). Three months later, and they've cancelled on me due to 'overbooking'. "Unfortunately, Mama Shelter London - Shoreditch informed us that they can no longer accommodate you due to overbooking" . No doubt because they now want to resell the room for more money. Obviously all the accommodation is sold out now so they've absolutely ruined our trip. Avoid.

Amazing hotel with great aesthetic and excellent vibe. It’s one of the Accor hotel so the service and room standard is outstanding but uniquely it has a personality and vibe of its own that really stands out from a typical chain hotel. The only downside is that it’s quite far out from tube. There’s an overground station and a bus stop but they don’t run too often so it can be hard to get to.
